Click here for larger view. The front yard is entirely covered in paver stones and perennial gardens. Two adjoining neighbors have done the same thing, creating a large continuous patio area out front. (The back yard is stone patio and garden, too; no mowing required.)

Click here for larger view. The Kenmore refrigerator and dishwasher were replaced in 2000, the new General Electric flat-top range was installed in 2007. The microwave and major kitchen appliances convey. The counter has an overhang for additional bar-stool seating if needed.
Click here for larger view. The fireplace in the eat-in kitchen is one of our favorite features of the house. We spend lots of time here in the winter. The floors are laminate, as they are in the adjoining kitchen. The combined dimensions of the kitchen and dining area are 17'1" x 14'0". The corner hutch conveys. The sliding glass door overlooks the garden, and the birds and squirrels have grown accustomed to restaurant-quality seed provided there.

There is an alcove that houses a 27" Sony TV, which conveys. There also is a bathroom (7'6" x 4'9", with shower) a utility room (10'5" x 9'3") and two huge closets.
Kids can play loudly in this room without disturbing people upstairs -- or the next-door neighbors. There are sound-absorbing cinderblock walls between the adjoining townhouses.

Click here for larger view. Our backyard garden is mostly shaded by an oak tree and a crabapple. The bush on the trellis is an antique rose, which yields many dozens of pale pink roses each season. Ferns, hostas, violets and bleeding hearts thrive here.

Apologies for the very rough floor plan, but several people asked so I went through the house and sketched it. Clearly I am no architect, but this should give you a rough idea of the layout. The scale is not perfect, so please go by the room sizes listed above, which are measured to the inch.
The floor plan goes (L to R) bottom floor to top floor. Click here for a bigger version in a new window.
